At Mini Moments, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not be quite right. Please review our Returns Policy below to ensure a smooth and efficient return experience.
Returns Policy
• Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return Postage: The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Mini Moments cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Submit a Return Request
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Log In to Your Account: Use the email associated with your purchase to log in to your account on our website.
2. Select the Order: Click on the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Choose Items and Reason: If the order has multiple items, select the specific items you wish to return, choose a return reason, and include any additional information (e.g., preference for an exchange).
4. Submit the Request: Click “Request Return” to submit.
If your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your parcel to us. Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 7 working days. Please allow an additional 5 working days for funds to return to your bank account.
Faulty, Missing, or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, missing, or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@minimomentsscotland.co.uk with the following information:
• Photographs of the Damage: Include images of the product and, if damaged during transit, the original packaging to support the claim.
• Incorrect or Missing Items: If an incorrect item was received or an item is missing, send a photo of the item along with your packing slip.
We aim to address and resolve any issues promptly and will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please note that damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not considered a fault, and items that show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
